Corajoyharbr was born in 2019 from a simple idea: create a space where the warmth of Finnish coffee culture meets the elegance of Nordic design. Founded by two childhood friends who grew up in the countryside of Finland, the café was envisioned as a refuge — a place where time slows down and every sip tells a story.
The name "Corajoyharbr" embodies our core values: courage to pursue quality, joy in every interaction, and a harbor of warmth for all who enter. From the very beginning, we committed to sourcing only the finest beans, building relationships with ethical farms in Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala.
Our interior was designed by Helsinki-based studio Arkki, drawing inspiration from Finnish forests, lakeside cabins, and the concept of kalsarikännit — the uniquely Finnish art of comfortable relaxation. Every piece of furniture was selected for both beauty and comfort, every corner designed for lingering conversation.
Every bean is ethically sourced. Every cup is served in reusable ceramic. We're committed to zero-waste by 2027.
We host local artist exhibitions, book clubs, and Finnish language nights. Corajoyharbr is your neighborhood living room.
From latte art to pastry making, everything is done by hand with meticulous attention to detail and quality.
We celebrate Finnish simplicity — finding beauty in minimal design, quiet moments, and honest flavors.
We work directly with small-scale farms across three continents. Our head roaster, Mikko, travels twice yearly to visit our partner farms, ensuring fair wages, sustainable practices, and exceptional bean quality.
Each origin is roasted in small batches at our Helsinki roastery, just 2km from the café. This means every cup you drink was roasted within the last week — guaranteeing peak freshness and flavor.
Our signature blend, "Aurora," combines Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with Colombian Huila for a cup that's bright, complex, and unforgettable.
